Jamaica Night

Jamaica Night is an annual event hosted by the Jamaica Foundation Hamilton to showcase and promote the Jamaican culture. This year the event takes on added significance because in addition to celebrating Jamaican food, drink, folklore, music, dance, skits and folk songs, part proceeds will be in aid of the Melissa Hurricane Relief Fund to assist with the devastating damage that the island suffered in 2025.

  • Doors open at 6:00pm

  • Instead of a full meal, food tasting of various dishes (sample size portions) will be provided for the following menu:
    - Chicken Soup

    - Jerk Chicken with Hard Dough Bread

    - Saltfish Fritters

    - Escovitch Fish with Festival

    - Ackee and Saltfish with Bammy squares

  • PLEASE NOTE, Food tasting will only be available from 7:00pm to 8:00pm then the sample food station will be closed and cleared for the night.

  • You may donate to the Melissa Hurricane Relief Fund at CanadaHelps.
